PRIMARYFUNCTION
SupportprocesstoqualifymanufacturingfacilitiesforTargetOwnedBrandFoodsandanyrelatedprojectthatsupportsTargetFESQAmission.Supportnewfacilityonboardingandon-goingfacilitymaintenanceinChinaandnearbyregion.EnsurecompliancewithallapplicableregulationsandTargetstandards,inordertoprovideTargetwithsafeandhighqualityproducts.
PRINCIPALDUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES
Technical/ProcessManagement
LeadFoodSafety&QualityAssuranceeffortinTargetOwnedBrandsFoodsbysupportingthecommercializationofnewproducts,continuousproductimprovement,andmanagingfoodsafetyandqualityincidents
Manageinitialapprovalandon-goingperformancemonitoringoffoodvendorfacilities,includingfoodsafetyprogramreviewsthroughdeskaudit,on-siteassessmentsandothernecessaryactivities
Independentlyleadandsupportkeytechnicalprogramsandapplyfoodsafetyandqualityassuranceknowledgeinspecificproductcategories
Maintainaccurateandcurrentstatusofallvendorinformationinvendordatabaseandotherinformationsystems
Managefollowupandresolutionprocessforconsumercomplaintsaswellasotherproductqualityissues
PartnerwithVendorsandTargetTechnicalTeamtoreviewandapproveproductspecificationandlabel
Manageregionalbudgetallocated
Team&WorkloadManagement
Leverageknowledge,skillsandexpertisetodevelopandimplementnewprogramsandbestpractices.
Solvecomplextechnicalproblemsorchallengesanddemonstratesoundjudgment
