职责描述:

Design&Development

Leadandmanagethecustomernegotiationsregardingthespecificationsoftheproductstobedesignedanddefinethefunctionalspecificationsbasedonthecustomerrequirements,participateinthepresentationsforthedevelopedproductstothecustomer

Managethedevelopmentofthedesignconceptsfortheproducts(3Dmodels,tolerancecalculations,etc.)

Manageandperformthe`functionalreviews`atcertainstagesduringtheprojects(FMEA,designconceptrelease,CADconceptetc.)incooperationwiththeManagerR&D,ManagetheprocessoftheFunctionalProductreleaseoftheproductswithintheareaofresponsibility.

PatentcheckbeforeGate,ensurethatthepatentrightsfornew/existingproductsareprotectedincooperationwiththeLegaldepartment

Prepareandmaintainthetechnicaldocumentationregardingtheproductswithintherelevantproductgroup

CoordinateallengineeringactivitieswiththeProductiondepartmentinordertoensuretheproductbilityofthedesignedproducts

Managetheprocessesofproductmodificationinregardstothetechnicalspecificationsduringtheserialproduction

Managetechnicalcommunicationwithprototypesuppliers,i.e.material,durability,process,etc.

Coordinateallrequiredengineeringactivitieswithinaproject(conceptdevelopment,design,simulation,acousticsandvalidation)

Establishtheprojectplanregardingallrequiredengineeringactivitieswithinaproject

Coordinateandsupportallactivitieswithintheprojectteamtoensurethatallrequiredtasksareperformedandalldeadlines/qualitygatesaremet

Plan,manageandcontroltheengineeringbudgetintheproject;initiateandsteercorrectiveactionsincaseofdeviations

Defineandmanagethenecessaryinternalandexternalresourcesfortheprojectswithintheproductgrouptoensureefficiencyduringallprojectstages

Ensurecompliancewiththetechnicalstandards,processesandnormsofM+HGroupduringtheprojectincooperationwiththeDirector/ManagerR&D

PlaytheroleasLPEtomanagedomesticdevelopmentprojectsorlocalLPEforglobalprojects.

Validation

DefineDV/PVtestplanacc.tocustomerSOR/requirement.Designofexperimentfortroubleshootingandproblemsolving.

Definesimulation&NVHplanacc.tocustomerSOR/requirement.Understandsimulation&NVHreport/resultsandaccordinglyguidedesignerforoptimization.

Participateinthedevelopmentandimplementationofthetestingequipment,toolsandmethodsinaccordancewiththecustomerspecifications
