面辅料采购经理Responsibilities:

Responsibletosourceand/orresourceseasonalfabricsbasedonbrandneeds,enlargethefabricvariationandassurethetrendofourwoven,jersey&knitanddenimdivisions.

Responsibletosource,extendandoptimizethecurrentgarmentsupplierpoolbasedonbrandneeds.

ResponsibleforbuildingupthecorefabriclibraryanddatabaseandrenewiteachseasonalongwithBuyingteam.

Initiate,buildandmaintainrelationshipswithmills,fabricsupplierandagents.

Responsibleforcross-checkingthefabricpricetogainthecostreductionandcontrolthecost.

Gatherandnegotiatefabriccostsandlead-timesfromnominatedmillbase.

Helptonegotiateclaimsandresolvefabricissueswithmillsandbetweenmillandgarmentvendorwhenneeded.

Availabilitytotravelandattendlocalandinternationaltradefairs.

Visitfabricmillsandgarmentsupplierfactoriesforreviewingofcapabilitiesandperformanceevaluation.

Conductseasonalgarmentsupplierevaluations.Qualifications:

BA/BSDegreeinProductDevelopment,Textilesorequivalentpreferred.

Minimum3-5yearsofspecializedexperienceinsourcing/developmentforacontemporarywomen’swearbrand.

Musthaveexperienceinapparelmanufacturing.

Musthaveunderstandingofyarnsconstruction,yarndye,washing,printingandfinishes.

Clearunderstandingofsuppliercapabilitiesandgoodsupplierrelations.

Highlyorganizedandself-motivated.

Abilitytoadjustthecurrentneedsofafast-paced,dynamicbrand.

Abletotravel.

Strongverbalcommunicationskills,bothinChineseandEnglish.Responsibilities:
