Achievesalestargetinthefranchisedistribution.

PRIMARYRESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIESOFTHEJOB:

·Followupfranchisees/stores’KPIanalysisandaccomplishvarietysalesreport.

·Followupandfeedbackofimportantholidaysandshoppingmallactivitiesandtheactionplanoffranchisees.

·Supervisingproducts,coordinatingthereplenishmentandproductadjustment.

·Supportnewstoreopeningpreparations.

·WorkcloselywithProductDept.togivenew-launchproducttraining,workwithVMteamonthestoredisplay.

·Managingstoreimagebyphotosandstorevisits.

·Providesalestrainingtofranchisees’salespersonandfranchise’straine

·Establishthebrandtrainingguidelineoffranchiseandtheoperationprocessofstores,andcombiningtheretailexperience

·Helpimplementrelativesalestargetsforthefranchisees

·Supportareamanageraboutthemarketweek.

QUALIFICATIONS&EXPERIENCE:

Experience:

·Atleast3yearsrelevantworkingexperience

Skills:

·Strongcommunicationabilitiesandadaptationtofrequentbusinesstrips

·Microsoftofficeskill:ExcelandPowerPoint

Education:BachelorDegree
