英语财务分析经理(FSSC)著名美资外企FSSC—英语财务分析TeamManager

英语精通,有团队管理经验;

有内审或外部审计的经验,熟悉财务报表分析制作,熟悉总账业务流程,USGAAP等财务内容

持有CPA或ACCA或同级别的注册会计师财务证书

有四大会计师事务所或财务共享中心FSSC相关经验优先。

Fromanoperationalperspective,theStatutoryAuditandReportingCenterofExcellencehasanumberofaccountingresponsibilities.Inparticular,thegroupisresponsibleforendtoendLocalGAAPreportingactivities,aswellasanumberofUSGAAPrelatedactivities.

TheSeniorAccountantisexpectedtooverseeandmanagespecificR2Ractivitiesandwillhaveresponsibilityforanumberofdirectreports.Someactivitiesmayinclude:

•Preparationofstatutoryaccountsforanumberofentitiesasrequired.

•Managethequalityanddevelopmentofthefinancialaccountsandprocesses.Identifyopportunitiesforcontinuousprocessimprovementandinnovatesolutionssothattheteamcanoperateinanefficientandeffectivemanner.

•Overseetheimplementationofcomplexprojects/issueswhichrequireexperienceandsignificanttechnicalaccountingabilities.

•Ensurestrongcommitmenttothecontrolenvironmentthroughtrainingandreview.

•Lead,coach,trainanddevelopdirectreportssotheycanproactivelycarryouttheirrolestothehighestpossiblestandard.Day-to-daymanagementofdirectreportswillincludetask-setting,review,one-to-onemeetingsandgeneraloversight.

•Monitoractivitiestoensureteammembersareengagedandchallengedandtoensurethattheworkisfairlyallocated.Activelydrivecolleagueengagementacrossthedepartment.

•Leadtheobjectivesetting,developmentplanningandperformanceevaluationofteammembersandensurethatregularfeedbackisprovided.

•Assistintherecruitmentandretentionofteammembers.

•ActasapointofcontactforkeystakeholderssuchasNewYorkConsolidations,FinanceDirectorsandGFSManagement.Developeffectiveworkingrelationshipswithallkeystakeholders.

•ActaspointofcontactforAudit(internalandexternal).Ensureauditdeliverablesareprovidedtimelyandtoahighstandard.

•RepresentR2Rinsitemeetingsandotherforumsasrequired.

•ReviewandmonitortheactivitiesperformedbyBusinessProcessOutsource(BPO)providerifapplicable.

•Otheradhocresponsibilitiesmaybeassignedincluding,butnotlimitedto,involvementinlocalstatutoryreporting,oversightoftransitionalserviceagreements,andreportingofentitiesoutsidetheERPsystem.

Education,SkillsandExperienceRequired

Education:

•UniversityDegreeinBusiness,Finance,orAccountingrequired

•QualifiedAccountantrequired

Qualifications,Skills&Experience:

•Minimumof5yearsofrelatedaccountingexperience

•Experienceinasharedservicesenvironmentispreferable

•Demonstratestrongpeoplemanagementandinterpersonalskills;previouspeoplemanagementexperienceispreferable

•Strongtechnicalaccountingknowledge(USGAAP,IFRS,LocalGAAP)withexperienceinfinancialstatementpreparation

•Stronganalyticalfinancialskills
