Extensivelyworkwithallstakeholderstoensuresmoothdailyoperations,provideinnovativeandalternativemethodsforachievinggoalswhennecessary.;
Interpret,implementandensurecompliancewithschoolacademicandadministrativepoliciesandprocedureswithintheoperatingunit.Recommendnewinternalpolicies,guidelinesandprocedures.
Mayoverseeand/ormanagethefinancesacrossallsourcesfortheannualbudgetcycle,includingdeveloping,monitoring,forecastingandreporting.
Otherdutiesmayalsobeassigned
BasicRequirements:
Masterdegreeorabove,MBApreferred;
Overtwelveyearsofexperienceinmultiplefunctionswithmorethanthreeyearsinmanaginganindependentunit;
Strongcustomerservicefocusforsatisfactionofallstakeholders;
Demonstratedleadershipandsupervisoryskillsincludingissueandconflictresolution;
Excellentplanningandorganizationalskills.
ExcellentcommunicationskillsinbothChineseandEnglish;
Strongnegotiationandinterpersonalskills
Goodbudgetplanningknowledge.
