-Generalcontracts,thirdpartyagreements,vendorsupplierrelationships.
-Managementofexternalcounselandgenerallitigation.
-Employmentlaw,contracts,claims.
-Trademarks,patents,Intellectualproperty,tradesecrets.
-Provideadviceonlegalissuesinvolvingtheorganization’sgovernmentandregulatorycompliance,andmaintaincorporateregistrations.
-Reviewlegaldataandadviseorganizationonappropriatelegalactiontobetaken.
-Prepareandreviewcontracts,advertisementsandpressreleases.
-Coordinatelegalmatterswithcorporateparent/shareholdersandleveragetheirfunctionallegalexpertiseasneeded.
任职资格:
-Aminimum2yearsofrelevantexperienceasadepartmentheadisrequired.
-Requiresalawdegreewithadmissiontoarelevantbar.
-Demonstratedabilitytomanagemultiple,criticalprojectsisrequired.
-Abilitytorespondtoinquiriesfromregulatoryagencies,customersandbusinesscommunity.
-Experienceintradesecrets,advertisinglaw,registrationandothermattersspecifictothefashionindustry.
