Isinchargetheimageoftheshopwindowsofthestoresinhisarea(settlementandsupervisionofthesestores)

Independentandorganized

Thispersonmust:

•HaveallthetechnicalskillsandtrendsinformationinordertorealizethecorrectcreationoftheimageintheshopwindowsbasedontheinformationprovidedbySpanishHeadOffice

•Beabletocommunicatetothestoresandregionalsupervisorsthedepartmentstrategy

•Optimizethisstrategybyincludingallinformationobtainedlocally(storemanager,areamanager,localcustomers,localinformationandactivities,…)

ReportstoitsregionalornationalWDmanagerregarding:

1.Histravelsandplanningchanges(infotoareamanageralso)

2.Resultsofhiswork(picturesoftheworkdoneinstore(minimumweekly)withpossiblechangesthathadtobedone(alwaysvalidatedfirstbydirectsupervisor)

3.Materialneedsofthestoreofhisarea

4.Personalneeds(trainings,supports,…)
