轴承采购岗位职责

直接材料采购-轴承套圈LeadBuyer(太仓)舍弗勒舍弗勒投资(中国)有限公司,schaeffler,舍弗勒,舍弗勒

Keywords:

1.3-5年以上轴承套圈及其相关品类直接采购经验;

2.熟悉管材/铸件等相关材料,熟悉机加工/冲压/注塑/铸造等相关加工工艺;

Tasks:

-developandimplementregionalpurchasing/commoditystrategyandalignwithglobalandregionalpurchasingstrategies

-select,evaluateandqualifynewsuppliersintheregion;visit,evaluateandauditsuppliers

-prepareandexecutenegotiationsandclosecontracts/agreementswithregionalsuppliers

-takeresponsibilityforthelocalsupplierbaseandtheperformanceoftheregionalsupplierswithintheresponsiblecommodities

-improvethematerialsupplychain,includingriskmanagementandmitigationinco-ordinationwithPL-P,SDandPP

-improvethepurchasingcostofpurchasedmaterialsandparts,e.g.initiateanddrivecostreductionprojects

-supportPL-Ptoidentifyproductsthatcouldbesubjectedtomake-or-buyanalysis

-taketheoverallresponsibilitiesfortheimplementationofnegotiatedprices,termsandconditionsintherelevantplants

-supportplantpurchasing/schedulerintheeventofescalation,e.g.qualityand/ordeliveryissues

-integrateandimplementthepurchasingactivitiesoftheSchaefflerGroupintheregionanddevelopsynergies

-prepareandtakepartinrelatedcustomeraudits

Requirements:

-Bachelorormasterdegreeinbusinessadministration,supplychainmanagement,engineeringorsimilar

-5+yearsexperienceofstrategicpurchasingfromautomotiveindustries

-Familiarwithmanufacturingprocessesssuchasmachining,stamping,injectionmoulding,casting,sintering,orothertechnologies

-FamiliarwithstandardtoolslikeMS-Word,MS-Excel,MS-PowerpointandSAP

-Inter-culturalexperience/skills

-Goodexperienceandknowledgeinpurchasingaffairs,goodprojectmanagementskillsandcapabletomanagecomplexandmulti-projects

-Goodcostandvalueanalysisskillsandexcellentnegotiationskills

-GoodcommandofEnglish,bothspokenandwritten
