arecompleteandup-to-date.Ensurestimelinessandaccuracyoftimesheets

andexpensereports

Supportsallocationactivitiesperthelocalresourcingprocess.Supportsactivities

ofprojectmanagersandclinicalteammanagerstooptimizetheoperational

runningofprojects.Escalatesappropriatelyanyissueswhichmayimpact

projectdeliverables

DeliverstrainingonWorkingPracticeDocuments(WPDs)andStandard

OperatingProcedures(SOPs),localrequirementsandanyothersubjectsthat

impactonclinicaloperations.Identifiestraininggapsandensuresthattraining

requirementsaremet.Maycontributetodevelopmentoftrainingprograms,

whereappropriate

Alertsmanagementtoqualityissues,requestQAauditsasappropriate,and

facilitateclientandinternalqualityassuranceauditsasrequired

Mayprovideinputintobidsandcontributetotheprocurementofnewbusiness

whererequired

Qualifications:

EducationandExperience:

Bachelor'sDegreeinalifesciencerelatedfield

Significantclinicalresearchexperience(comparableto5+years)includingremoteandclinicalmonitoringandexperienceinallphasesofstudylifecycle,includingstartup,interimandcloseout.

Linemanagementexperienceappropriatetothesizeandcomplexityoftheclinicalmanagementgroupinthedesignatedcountry/region.
