安全保安消防服务总监任职资格Qualifications

1)具有大专以上学历,相关的工作经验;

6)能够有效管理、激励,并领导部门员工开展工作;

i.岗位职责Responsibilities

1)在场馆副总经理领导下,负责场馆安保日常管理工作;

UndertheleadingofDGM,beresponsibleforthedailysecuritymanagement;

2)建立和健全安保部的管理体系与组织架构;

EstablishandperfectthemanagementsystemandorganizationstructureofSecurityDepartment;

3)场馆发生安全突发情况时,按照场馆危机应急处理预案进行有效处理,并配合场馆做好危机公关相关工作;

Whiletheemergencyhappens,tocarryouttheeffectivedisposalaccordingtotheEmergencyResponsePlan,andtocooperatewiththevenueoncrisisPR;

4)编制本部门年度工作计划、月度工作计划,并在本部门范围展开工作计划的贯彻实施;

5)做好公安、反恐、城管等外联单位沟通工作;

ResponsibleforcommunicatingwithexternalpartnerssuchasPSB,anti-terroristofficeandcitymanagementofficeetc;

6)对场馆公安报审材料,根据国家相关法律法规及场馆实际安全要求,提出合理建议;

ProvidethereasonableadviceonthereportingmaterialstoPSB,accordingtothenationalrulesandlaws,andtheactualsafetyrequirementsofMBA;

7)负责日常及活动期间场馆安全及消防管理工作,确保游客、观众及员工的人身和财产安全;

Responsibleforthedailyandevent-daysecurityandfireprotectionmanagementandensurethepersonalandpropertysafetyoftourists,audiencesandemployees;

8)定期开展以防火、防盗、防破坏、防自然灾害事故的“四防”活动,发现漏洞或不安全因素,提出整改意见,对重大安全隐患下发“整改通知书”并限期解决;

Regularlyorganizetheactivitiesof“fireprevention”,“preventionofthievery”,“preventionofvandal”,and“preventionofnaturaldisaster”,ifanyhiddentroubleorunsafefactorisfound,tosubmittherectificationsuggestions;andissuetheRectificationNoticeontheserioushiddendangerandsolvetheproblemswithinthedefinitetime;

9)负责做好预算、决算、制定年度计划、随时掌握收入、开支、消耗、成本、利润等,提高经济效益;

10)协调大型活动期间安全工作开展,实现场馆无安全事故目标和平安目标。
