•EstablishacomprehensivecoverageofagreedterritoryandproductsinconsultationwiththeSalesManagerandmanagedistributorsandagentsincluding:

1)Distributor/Agentevaluation

2)VisitcustomerswithDistributors/Agenttoenhancemarketcoverage

3)Checkquotationrequests

4)Provideallnecessarysupporttodistributorsandagents

5)UpholdHHABrandintegritywithindistributors/agentsandoperateinamannerconsistentwiththeHHAbrandvalues.

6)Supportdistributorsandagentsonmajorbids,ensuringtheyarewonatbestpriceandterms.Intervenepersonallywithend-usersasappropriate.

7)Proposejointmarketinginitiativeswithdistributors/agents,egdirectmailing,tradeshows,conferencesandadvertising.

8)“Reachthrough”thedistributors/agentstoensureend-usercustomersatisfaction,takingcorrective(distributor/agentdevelopment)actionasnecessary.

•Proposeandagreetargetsfor:Salesbyproduct,marketsegment,productmix,cashcollectionandgrossmargin.Proposeandagreestrategicdistributor/agentdevelopmentobjectives.

•EstablishasalesdevelopmentplanforChinainlinewithobjectivesforSalesManagers’guidelines.

•PrepareandpresentstrategiesandoperatingstructurestotheSalesManagersfortheachievementoftheplan.

•IdentifynewbusinessopportunitiesinChinainlinewithstrategicobjectives.Prepareactionplansfortheexploitationoftheseopportunities.

•ReporttotherespectiveSalesManagersonallnewbusinessinitiativesforquarterlyreview.

•Provideregularreportsinanagreedformat.

•ToimplementandmaintainaCRMpackagewithallcustomersandprospects

•Achievestrategicdistributor/agentdevelopmentobjectives,e.g.appointmentofnewdistributorsoragents,improvementorremovalofunder-performingdistributorsoragents,trainingandaccreditationofdistributor/agentstaff,newproductlaunches,accreditationandappointmentofdistributorsoragentsasHHAcustomerserviceagents,jointpromotionalcampaignswithdistributors/agents,agreementofupdatedpricelistsanddiscountstructures,agreementofrevisedcommercialtermsorfundingarrangements.

•Achievetheagreedtargets,withinanagreedexpensebudget.

•Buildandmaintaincloseandeffectiveworkingrelationshipswithkeydistributorsandagents.

•WorkwithApplicationTeams,MarketingCommunicationManagerandSalesManagerstoformulatedistributor/agentmarketingplan.

•Interfacewithexistingofficeteam.

•Maintainprofessionalawarenessofrelevantexternaltechnicalandbusinessdevelopmentsandofcompetitoractivity.

Qualifications:

Bachelordegreeoftechnical,orbusinessdegreeifappropriatemarketexperiencecanbedemonstrated.

Experienceofhightechnologyenvironment,orexperiencefromwithinaDistributortotheindustrysector.

ExperienceofworkinginNorthChina.

FluencyinEnglish(writtenandspoken).

ProficientPCskillsincludingMSOffice.
