Responsibilityforthesmoothandeffectivedaily&weeklyplanningofourmanufacturingfacilitytomeetitsownandTexonGroupgoals.ToimplementanddelivertheDongguannon-wovenproductionmasterplan.

TomanageWIPandplantcapacitiesagainstBAANstandards.

Managetheallocationandusageofrawmaterials.ControlWarehousestocksandrawmaterialmovementsthroughoutthefactory.

Liaisewithpurchasingforontimedeliveryandthereorderingofrawmaterials

Provideinformationtotrafficcontrolfortheallocationoffinishedgoods.

Support‘supplyframework’agreements.Controlanddeliverstockleveltargetsagainstsalesforecastandcompanytargets

‘Goto’persontoInterfacewithcustomercare.Tomonitorandadviseondeliverydates,lead-times,stockflowandorderexecution.

BecometheLocalOperationalBaaN/ERPexpert;alignshopfloorworkflowswithappropriatesystemrecords.ImplementSOPsanddevelopcompetenciesacrosstheOpsteam.

Responsibilities

•Utiliseplantcapacitiesformaximumefficiency

•Plan,create,andcontrolproductionordersandplaceontoERPsystem

•ImplementweeklyproductionplanandindicateFactoryRecoveries/Resources

•Implement24hourrecoveryestimate/dailyforecast(throughdailymeeting)

•Manageworkinprogress

•Controlbillsofmaterial(completeness,accuracy,substitutions)

•Controlinventorymovement

•Controlinventoryusage.ReportonvariancestoBOM/standardsandrecommendadjustments

•ResponsibilityforstockcountsProcessingData.Variancereportingandinitiatinginvestigations.

•Backflushbookedinventoryandrepairstock(Shopfloorreporting)

•Controlandplanfeltforweeklyplan

•Interfacewithcustomercare,communicatingoutput,timings,difficultiesandactions

•Reportonoverdueorders,andotherfactoryissueswhichaffectCustomerServicelevelmetrics

Qualifications&Experience

-3-5years’experienceofplanningandutilisationofERPsystemswithinamanufacturingfactoryenvironment

-Universitydegree,preferablyinbusinessadministrationrelatedtopicorIT

-ITliterateinuseofMicrosoftOfficeandEnterpriseERPsystems.Havetheabilitytocreatereportsasrequired

-MustbeabletocommunicateeffectivelyinEnglish&Chinese–bothorallyandwritten

-Relevantexperiencegainedwithin24/7manufacturingoperations
