工业工程师(IE)工作职责:

1制定KPS在IFE-VICTALL长期发展计划,并实施/跟踪/调整此计划。

CreatethelongtermKPSdevelopmentplaninIFE-VICTALL,andimplement/track/adjusttheplan.

2制定/总结每年的KPS发展计划,并实施/跟踪/调整此计划.

CreatetheannualKPSdevelopmentplan,,andimplement/track/adjusttheplan.

3为IFE-VICTALL发展为精益企业提供专业技术支持。

ProvidetheprofessionaltechnicalsupportinordertodevelopIFE-VICTALLintoaleancorporation.

---建立公司精益团队Createleanimprovementteam.

---培训团队成员Trainandcoachtheleanimprovementteammembers.

---领导精益项目Leadsomeleanprojects

---协助/支持其他精益项目Supportotherleanprojects

4新入职员工精益培训,日常精益培训Trainthenewemployees,implementdailytrainingforemployees

55S审核/报告。5Saudit/report.

6发展/管理公司建议系统Develop/managethesuggestionsystem

7主持每季度的KPS现状汇报工作Manage/coordinatequarterreportmeetingofKPSprojectstate.

8现场KPS信息板,标识维护/更新Maintain/updatetheKPSinformationboardandsignage

9参加公司安排的培训.Implementthetrainingarrangementofcompany.

10完成部门经理安排的工作Fulfillothertaskrequiredbysupervisor

职位要求:

1.本科以上学历

2.三年以上工作经验

3.英语读写熟练,可以简单交流。工作职责:
