职责描述:

1、TogetherwiththeGBCGroupHRDirectorandOperatingUnithead,translatethebusinessstrategyintopeopleandcompetencyrequirementsnecessaryforachievingthebusinesstargets.

2、Identifycurrentgaps,definepriorityandneededactionstoclosethegaps.

3、Keeptrackofthecompanybusinesstrendandfutureneeds,andtaketheinitiativetodiscusswiththeOperatingUnitHeadtorefinetheorganizationstructureandresourcesoptimization.

4、DriveandimplementTalentManagementandSuccessionPlanningprocess,withfocusonbuildingasustainableorganization.

5、SupportManagementTeamleadershipcompetenciesdevelopmentandcoachtheminapplyingtheGBCHRprocesses,toolsandpolicieseffectively.

6、DevelopcorporateactivitiestoadvocatetheGBCValuesandCodeofConductandtocultivateapositiveworkingclimateandinspireemployeeloyalty.

7、CoachlinemanagersinapplyingtheGBCHRprocessesandtoolseffectively,suchascompanypolicies,performancemanagement,annualsalaryreview,competencyreview,talentmanagement,etc.

8、KeepabreastofthelabormarketdevelopmentincludingC&Bandresourcesavailability,andrecommendeffectivemeans/programstoacquire,motivateandretaincriticalresources.

9、StrengthenandstandardizecompanyHRpolicies,processesandactivitiestoensurecompliancewithlegislativeregulations,marketbestpracticesandGBCrequirements.

10、Develop&evaluatereliablerecruitmentchannelsandmethodologiesincludingcampusrecruitmenttoimprovetherecruitmentquality,costandspeed.

11、Constantlymaintainupdatedstaffrecordsinanaccurateandconfidentialmannerandtomakeavailableforinternalmanagementreviewandexternalaudit.

12、TakeonadditionalresponsibilitiesthatmaybeassignedbytheCompanyfromtimetotime.

任职要求:

1、Degreeinhumanresourcemanagementorequivalent.

2、Over6yearssolidexperienceasinhandlingfullspectrumofHRdisciplinesinfactories.

3、SoundknowledgeofChinalaborlawanditsimplicationtoHRmanagement.
