Mission

ResponsiblefordailyoperationofITserviceline,forecast,costanalysisandrelevantreports.

Whataremyresponsibilities?

1.ResponsibleforITbudgetandForecastcompilationwithinpublishedtimelines.Ensurethatagreedsectordemandsareincludedinthebudgetprocess.PresentationandratificationofbudgetstoHeadQuartersandDivisionalExecutiveManagement

2.EnsurethatmonthlyreportsdetailingthedevelopmentofactualcostsarediscussedwithManagement.Explanationofbudgetvarianceswithsuggestionsandsolutionsforremediationifnecessary

3.ReviewbusinesscasesforITprojectsandservicestoberolledoutinthecluster,forpresentationtoITmanagement

4.MonitorandreviewthepreparationoftheITFinancials,CostBridges,I&CMeasuresandroadmap(Financialelement)forallcountries

5.Supervisionofmaterialsmanagementtasksessentialtotherecordingofcoststoinclude;raisingpurchaseorderrequests,recordinggoodsreceipts,raisingvendorpaymentrequestsandgeneralbusinessadministration

6.ProvidecommercialandfinancialadviceoncontractsandSLA'sincludingpricecalculations,termsandconditionsforITContractsandsubsequentfinancialmanagementthereof

7.Overallresponsibilityforthedevelopment,maintenanceandcontinuousimprovementofprocesses,systemsandmeasurementsthatenabletheClustertomanagetheITTechnology&Assetportfoliowithrespecttorisk,cost,control,purchasing,scrapping,lossdetection,ITGovernance,reporting,complianceandbusinessrequirements.

8.Coordinationandsupportofoperationalactivitiesincludingmonthlyclosing,costallocationstodivisions/countries,creationandreleasesofaccrualsandprovisions,budgetandforecastuploads

9.Ensurecompliancewithfinancialreportingandbusinessconductguidelinestoachievethedesiredresultsaccordingtocompanypolicyandfinancialtargets

WhatdoIneedtoqualifyforthisjob?

•Atleast5yearsexperienceofcommercial,financialandaccounting;

•Stronganalysisandsummarycapabilitypreferred;

•Diligence&Strongresponsibility

•GoodEnglish,bothwrittenandoral;GoodPPTandexcelskill;

•Goodcommunication,collaborationandteamworkingattitudeeveninthestressfulconditionssometimes.
