Setuptheprojectstoimprovetheperformanceofreleasedproductstoreducethecostandimprovetheefficiency

CooperatewithR&Dtointroducethenewproductsandrunmassproductionsmoothlywithgoodquality(1stpassyield)

Description:

ToleadtheProductEngineeringteamtoachievethedepartmentobjectives.

Responsibleforanalyzingdetaileddesignformanufacturability

Usearangeoftestprojectsandmethodstohelpdesign,manufactureandimproveproducts.

Providesupportandhelptoplanandcoordinateforteammembers.

Determinewhatwentwrongwiththefailureanalysisteam.Productengineersmayalsoworkinmonitoringprocessesandproductiondata

Fullysupportmanufacturingandotherdepartmentfromproducttechnicalside(hardwareandsoftware),solvetheproductperformanceissuestimelyandensurethedeliveryonschedule

Planandmanagerthedepartmentresources.

Co-ordinatewiththeproductionsupervisorstoensurethebestutilizationoftheproductengineers’resource.

Todeveloptheindividualscompetence,improvethetechnicalandmanagementskill

DealwasteandtrashwhichhavemajororminorimpactonenvironmentincompliancewiththeproperstatuteandordinanceforISO14001and9001.

Qualifications:

Education:

Universitydegreeinarelevanttechnicaldiscipline(i.e.electronicengineering,mechanicalengineering,automationengineering,etc.)

Industry/FunctionalKnowledge:

PreferreceivepropertrainingonISO14001(EMS)andISO9001(QMS).

SPC,6Sigma,5S,JIT,leanmanagementexperience
