JobResponsibilities:

•Consistentlybringinhighqualitycandidatesthroughhead-huntingactivities

•Buildanextensivereferralnetwork

•Developlong-termandtrustedrelationshipswithclientsbyattainingacomprehensiveandin-depthknowledgeoftheorganisation,itscultureandresourcingrequirements

•Generatenewbusinessopportunitiesandnewcontactsduringthedailybusiness

•Provideaprofessionalandsolutions-basedconsultancyservicetoclients

•Dealwithclientsandcandidatesindependently

•Meetandexceedallkeyperformanceindicatorssuchasmonthlyrevenuetargets,clientandcandidateactivityandadvertisementsales

•Selectandmatchcandidatesforassignmentsincludingmanagingtheinterviewprocess,salarynegotiationsandcandidatemanagement

•Generateconsistentrevenue

•UpholdanddemonstrateMichaelPagecorporatevaluesandadherestointernalpolicies

•HavedemonstratedknowledgeofstandardProfileprocedures

JobRequirements:

•FreshGraduates(forAC)orwith1-3workingexperience(forACorC);

•StrongCommunicationSkillsandwillingtotakeinitiativeinwork;

•GoodEnglishcommunicationabilitybothinwrittenandspokenEnglish;

•Couldworkingunderpressure.
