ROLEPURPOSE
ToimplementandsupporttheADPBOBproducts/ServiceswithinChina,utilizingbestofbreedmethodologies,ensuringthatourclientsexperienceWorldClassServiceresultinginthehighestQualitysolutionsbeingdeliveredOnTimeandOnBudget.
RESPONSIBILITIES
·Conductblueprintingworkshopstoobtaintheclient'srequirements.
·Workwithclientandclient'spreviousvendorstoensureproperunderstandingandgatheringofallexistingdata,informationandprocesses.
·ProvideanalysisandsolutiontoclienttoenhanceclientpracticesormatchclientprocesswithADPoperationstandardsintermsofsystem,dispatching,socialbenefits,andcorepayrollservices.
·Designanddocumenttheclient'ssolutionincludingtheirbusinessrequirements,theirHRout-sourcingprocessandanyprogramspecificationsrequiredaccordingtoADP'sdocumentationguidelines
·Liaisewithclientsthroughoutthedatacleansing,mappingandconversionphaseandprovideanyassistancerequiredincludingperformingdataloadsandreconciliation
·Provideendusertrainingincludingcreatingtrainingmaterialandtrainingsystems.
·Generatetestscriptstoenableclientstoadequatelytestthesolution
·SupportclientsthroughouttheUAT,ParallelandGo-Livephases.
·MaintainuptodateknowledgeoftheADPBOBTemplate,Products&ServicePractices,andLaborLaw.
·EscalateprojectissuestoImplementationManagerincludingscopevariations,taskslippagesandanyrisksthatmayariseduringtheproject.
·Liaisewithinternalteamstoensurethatclient'srequirementsareunderstoodandtimeframesareadheredto;
任职要求:
QUALIFICATIONS&EXPERIENCE
·Universitydegree,majoredincomputerscienceorrelated
·3+years’experiencesinPayroll/HRimplementation
·GoodKnowledgeinatleasttwoofthefollowingHRareas:IIT/LaborLaw/Payroll&Salary/SocialBenefits/Dispatching
·Atleast1fulllifecyclePayrollsystemimplementationprojectexperience
·Knowledgeofimplementationmethodologies
·Knowledgeofsupportmethodologiesincludinguseofanissuetrackingsystem
·Abilitytouseadocumentmanagementsystem
·Professionalmannerandpresentationandabilitytoset,manageandsatisfyclient'sexpectationsthroughpersonalinvolvementordelegation
·Abilitytounderstandandworkwithdifferentculturesprofessionally.
·Excellentwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills
·Excellentmeetingmanagementskills
·Clientfocused,demonstrateconcernformeetingandexceedingimmediateandfutureneedsofclients.
·Abilitytoprioritiestasksandtimemanagementskills,abilitytoworkacrossvariousprojects,abilitytoleadateamofconsultantstoeffectivelyimplementasolution
·Analyticalthinking/problemsolvingskills-worksystematicallyandlogicallytoresolveproblems,addressopportunitiesormanagethesituationathand,identifycauses,relationshipsandimplications
