订单协调员岗位职责

生产订单协调员慧瞻材料科技(上海)有限公司慧瞻材料科技(上海)有限公司,VSM,慧瞻材料科技(上海)有限公司,慧瞻Responsibilities:

•InteractcloselyacrossmultiplefunctionsofDS&Sincludingmanufacturing.sales,purchasing,productmanagement,customerserviceandengineering/desingtopreparedetailedscopeofequipmentorders.ThisincludesSAPtransactionalandadministrativetasksincludingcreationofSalesOrderLineItems.AkeyelementoftheroleisunderstandingDS&SworkprocessesanddeterminingtheSAPprocesstoselectforeachbusinessopportunitytoensurepropercostandrevenueposting.

•NewSAPmaterialcreationutilizingtheConfigureOneConfigurator.

•Enterequipmentordersonthefactoryincludingidentificationoffulltechnicalscope,Billofmaterialsandcommercialinformation.

•CompleteSAPtransactions:createserviceordersforconversions,fieldserviceandwarranty.

•Createmanualrequisitionsfornon-SAPmaterials.

•Createpurchaserequisitionswithinserviceordersfornon-SAPmaterials.

•Approvematerialcostingformanufacturedandpurchasedparts.

Education/Qualifications:

•BSdegreewithatleasttwo(2)yearsGASGUARD®,CHEMGUARD®POLYFLOW®productlineandSAPexperienceorADwith5+yearsproductlineexperience.

•Broadanddeeptechnicalknowledgeandunderstandingofelectronicsspecialtygasequipmentdesignandapplications

•Strongprocessorientation
