会计咨询岗位职责

会计准则咨询经理德勤德勤企业咨询(上海)有限公司深圳分公司,德勤•Providenewaccountingstandardsimplementationadvisoryservice,especiallyfornewaccountingstandards,e.g.IFRS15,IFRS16,IFRS9andIFRS17;

•ProvideprofessionaladvicesontheGAAPimplementationandcomplextransactiontreatment;

•Provideprofessionaladvicesoninternalcontrolimprovementandsystemoptimizeadviceduetonewaccountingstandardsimpactorcomplexaccountingtreatmentimpact;

•Assistclientstomeettheaccountingcomplianceobligationandregulatorychallenges;

•Responsibleforproductdevelopmenttomeetclients'variousneeds;

•Assisttopromoteproductsandpursuitclients.

Qualification:

•Bachelor’s/Master’sdegreeofanydisciplines,accountingoraccountingrelatedmajorispreferable

•CertificationofCICPA,CIAispreferred;

•Morethan5-year'sworkingexperience,atleast3yearsrelatedtoaccountingadvisory;Technicaldepartmentinbig4oraccountingadvisoryrelatedworkingexperienceispreferred.

•In-depthunderstandingofPRCGAAP,USGAAP,IFRSand/orHKGAAPandstrongnewaccountingstandardsrelatedknowledgeandexperiencewhereverrelatedtoIFRS15(newrevenue),IFRS16(newleasing),IFRS9(newfinancialinstruments)orIFRS17(newinsurance)ishighlypreferred

•Sharpinsightintoclients'latentneedandcapabilitytodevelopbusiness;

•Excellentanalytical,planning,organizingandteambuildingskills

•Excellentprojectmanagementskills,interpersonalandcommunicationskills

•Bemature,proactive,committed,motivatedwithstrongsenseofteamwork

•Excellentleadershipandbusinessdevelopmentskills
