Responsibilities:

Develop/maintainstrongworkingrelationshipswithkeybusinessdecisionmakersthroughouttheyeartocommunicatevalueandinformthemofthefirm'sscopeofservices.

Provideguidance/expertiseandparticipateintheperformanceofauditprocedures,especiallyfocusingoncomplexand/orspecializedissues.

Collaboratetoplanobjectivesanddetermineanauditstrategythatappropriatelyaddressesrisk.Establishtheexpectationsofthevaluetobedelivered.Successfullymonitortheengagementteamagainstthebudget,andalterifnecessary;

Understandtheclient'sindustryandrecognizekeyperformancedrivers,businesstrends,andemergingtechnicalandindustrydevelopments.Stayinformedofgeneralbusiness/economicdevelopmentsandtheirimpacttotheclient;

Generatenewbusinessopportunitiesbydevelopingideasandsolutions.AchievegrowthbyunderstandingEYanditsservicelinesandactivelyassessing/presentingwaystoapplyknowledgeandservices.Developlong-termrelationshipsandnetworksbothinternallyandexternally;

Requirements:

Anundergraduateorgraduatedegreeinaccountingand/orotherappropriateacademicmajor,aswellasCICPAcertification;

Morethan2yearsofexperienceasanauditorforapublicaccountingfirm,orparticularbusiness/industryexperiencetomeetspecialneeds;

HolderofCICPAisadefiniteadvantage;

Excellentprojectmanagementskills;

Advancedwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills;

Adedicationtoteamworkandleadership;

Integritywithinaprofessionalenvironment;

ExcellentcommandofspokenandwrittenEnglishandMandarin;

TravellingwithinPRCisrequired.
