Responsibilities:

1.CERreview,CAPEXspendingcontrol/track/analysis.

2.FixedOHexpensecontrol/track/analysis.

3.Mfg.OHrateanalysisandsetup

4.ConversionProductivityreportingandanalysis.

5.Coordinate/Consolidatewithmultiplesites(Thailand,Chengdu,Singapore,Shanghai,Suzhou,etc)forreports.

6.MonthendcloseforP/L&Othersreports/analysisforoperationpurpose.

7.QuarterlyForecastandAnnualBudgetupdate.CoordinatewithSHZNOperationteam,otherdifferentsitesinAsiaandalsoCorporate.

8.TEOAFinancescorecardandactivity

9.Businessanalysissupporttotheoperationmanagement

10.OtherworkassignedbyManager.

Qualifications:

1.BachelordegreeoraboveofAccounting/Financebackground.

2.8+yearsFinancialworkingexperienceinManufacturingcompany,familiarwithmultipleFinancialfunctions,atleast3yearsworkexperienceinFinancialanalysis/Costingarea,familiarwithstandardcostruleandFixedasset.

3.Goodnumericalconcept,stronglogicalthinking.Becapableofworkingindependentlyandgoodcommunicationskillwithdifferentcountrycolleagues,Independentproblemsolveability.

4.SkillfulinOfficesoftware,especiallyExcel,PPT,familiarwithSAPisbetter.

5.FluentEnglish,Goodwriting/reading/speaking,cancommunicatewithUS/Europesitesindependently.

6.Responsible;Teamwork;Proactiveinwork;canworkunderpressureandbeabletoadapttoworkovertime.
