3/ArrangeauditsofallbranchesandauditentitiesasperapprovedplanincalendaryearandissueauditreportsforCEOattentionandensureproperimplementationandeffectivecompliancethroughAudit
qualitycontrol.
4/ArrangeandapproveoldoutstandingexceptionsasDifficulttoRectifyandCondoneinordertoregularize
thenumberofexceptions.
5/ArrangeauditsofallBusinessandFunctionalUnitsCompanyasperplaninordertoevaluatetheir
performance,costcontrolmeasuresandimplementationofpoliciesandmakesuggestionsfor
improvementwherenecessary./EnsureinstructionsofBoardofDirectorsarefullycompliedbytheconcernedgroupsintimelymannerandactionsarereportedtotheBoard
