电子硬件设计工程师岗位职责

Hardwaredesign电子硬件设计工程师1.Designhardwarecircuitsorupgradeexistingproductscircuitsaccordingtocustomerandprojectrequirements.根据客户与项目需求设计硬件电路或者对现有产品进行改造升级;

2.Productverification,testingandDVPRsupport.Troubleshootsproductionhardwareproblemsandrecommendsappropriateactions.产品验证,实验以及DVPR支持。排查分析产品的硬件故障,并提供有效的解决方案。

3.Applieselectronichardwaredevelopmentprocessesandtoolstofinishhardwaredesigntask.Processesincludebasicproblemsolvingtechniques(5phase,7step,8Dorsimilar),designforEMCrobustness,designformanufacturing,familiaritywithembeddedelectronichardwaredevelopmentprocess,requirementsanalysisandEDAtools;应用电子硬件开发流程和工具完成硬件设计工作。过程包括基本的问题解决技术(5阶段、7步骤、8D或类似)、EMC稳健性设计、制造设计、熟悉嵌入式电子硬件开发过程、需求分析以及电子设计工具。

4.Obtainsinputandnegotiateswithelectronicsuppliersandsoftwaredevelopmentteamsanddeliverscircuitblockstoapplicationengineeringteams.获得输入并与电子供应商和软件开发团队协商,并将设计好的电路模块交付给应用工程团队。

5.Providestechnicaldirectionforaprojectoraprojectteam.Providesinputonprogram-relateddecisions.为项目组提供技术解决方向,为项目层面的决策提供技术输入。

6.Participatesasakeycontributorandisaccountableforprojectsuccess.以关键成员的身份参与项目,并对项目的成功负责。

7.Completingprojectsandtaskswithglobalteams.与全球团队一起完成项目以及任务.

Requiredexperienceandtechnicalskills:

•Strongunderstandingoffundamentalsofanalog,digital,andpowerelectronicscircuits.

•3-6yearsindustryexperienceoncomplexautomotiveandindustrialhardwaresystemdesignanddevelopment.3-6年汽车或工业控制器硬件设计开发经验;

•Understandingofthefunctionsofthemicrocontrollerandallofitssubmodulesinsufficientdetailtobeabletodesignonamicrocontrollerforaspecificelectronicsystem.对汽车控制器所用到的MCU的功能有基本了解,并且对它们的应用有足够的熟悉,能为特定的电子系统设计选型MCU。

•Experiencewithtroubleshootinghardwareproblems.Priorityintechnicalpatentsorcertification.具备处理复杂硬件问题的经验。有技术专利或认证优先。

•Understandthecontrollerproductiondevelopmentprocessandrelatedvalidationstandards.了解汽车控制器产品开发流程以及相关验证标准;

•AbilitytoworkwithCustomerandteammembersinaglobalenvironment能与客户及国际背景的团队成员协调工作。

•Goodcommunicationskill,proficientinbothwritingandoralEnglish.良好的沟通能力,英文听说读写熟练。

•Bachelordegreeorabove,relatingtoautomation,automotive,communication,electronicsinformation,mechatronicsorcomputer.自动化,汽车,通讯工程,电子信息,机械电子工程或计算机相关本科及以上学历。
