2.Responsibleforthesparepartsplanningandcontrol

3.Providingproblemsreasonanalysisandpreventivemethods;

4.ResponsibleforscheduleandimplementthePM(preventativemaintenance);

5.Givetrainingtothemaintenancetechnicians

6.Reportthebigdowntimeofmachine,givethesolutionfordowntimereduction

7.Mechanical&Hydraulicdrawingarchiveandupdating

8.Fixturemanagementandoptimization

8.Continuousimprovingonthemachine

9.Supportonthenewequipmentinstallationandcommissioning

10.Othertasksassignedbyheadofdepartment

PositionQualification任职要求

1.BachelorofsciencedegreeinEngineeringwithaminimumof5yearsdirectlyrelatedexperience,familiarwithhydraulicsystem,pressandmechanicalpress,weldingfixtures.

2.KnowledgeinMachineryengineering&maintenance,goodatcomputerisnecessary

3.WeldingFixturemaintenanceandadjustmentexperienceisaplus

4.Weldingrobotmechanicalmaintenanceexperienceisaplus.

5.SkilledonCADorCATIA/Solidworks

6.TPMknowledgeisrequired

7.Pneumaticandhydraulicexperienceofindustry

8.Hightroubleshootingcapability

9.GoodcommunicationskillsbywrittenandverbalEnglish

10.ExperienceofManufactureindustry
