Whatyouneed:

Keyaccountabilities:

•Dailyresponsibilitiesincludesolutions,implementationandsupporttoproductionandengineeringmaintenanceteams.

•Thedailymaintenanceofcontrolsystems,networks,accesssecurity,backupsandupdates.

•Collatingandevaluationofprocessdataforprocessimprovements,eg.quality,yield,efficiency,throughput,batchrecording,deviations,interruptions,faultfinding,enhancinglooptuningandreductionofprocessdowntime.

•Strictadherenceandenforcementofdocumentation:Security,MoC,SIS,backupsandprocessflowsequences.

•Upkeepandmaintainsafetyinstrumentedsystems(SIS).

•Supportandinvolvementinsiteprojectstoensurestandardsoftware/programming/operatingstructureandsystemarchitecture.

•Drivetheawarenessofcontrolsystemsecurityandinvolveindustrialcommunicationteam(ICS):IncidentreportsandcommunicationwithKemiramanagementandglobalITteam.

•FollowKemira’sguidelines,safety,healthandenvironmentalstandards.

Qualifications:

•EducationBackground:Bachelorinoneofthefollowingdisciplines:Computerscience,Electronics,E&Iautomation,Processengineeringandprocessautomation.

•Atleast5+yearsworkexperienceinchemical,pharmaceuticalorfoodindustries.

•MusthaveprovenexperiencewithanyofthefollowingDCSsystems:ABB,Honeywell,Emerson,SUPCON,HollysysandSiemens.

•Shallhaveprovenexperienceindesign,configuration,integrationandimplementationofprocesscontrolsolutionsofDCSsystems,PLC,HMI,SCADAforbatchandcontinuousplants.

•Soundknowledgeofdatacollectionofprocessinformation,eg.PI.

•Musthaveasoundknowledgeofindustrialcontrolsystemsandnetworksecurity

•Proventrackrecordinthedailymaintenanceofcontrolsystems

•MusthaveagoodworkingknowledgeinEnglish

•Goodpracticalandtheoreticalknowledgeofelectricalandinstrumentautomation.Beabletoattackproblemsfromtherootsourceandinatheoreticalstandpointofview.

•Goodteamapproachplayer,communication,presentationandleadership
