-ElectronicsdesignforLEDDriverproducts

-Electricaldesignactivitiesinrigorousstage-tollgateproductdevelopmentenvironment

-Accountableforproductdesigntospecification

-Conductsimulation/testingandevaluationoftheelectronicsdesign

-WorkwithQuality,ManufacturingandSourcingTeamsininterfacingwithsuppliers

-DemonstratingtechnicaldepthindynamicLEDIndustryenvironmentiskey

-Optimizethedesignforcostcompetitivenessandmanufacturability

-CollaboratewithPMQEonthemanufactureprocessreviewandimprovement

Qualification:

-BSonpowerelectronicsfromaccrediteduniversityasminrequirement

-Atleast2yearsPowerElectronicsproductdesignexperience

-Goodswitchingpowersupplydesignexperience

-Wellunderstandingonthesubsysteminteractionoflamppowersupply

-Wellunderstandingoftheregulatoryrequirement

-Wellunderstandingofreliabilityofelectronicsandabletousethetoolsforthereliabilityanalysis

-AbletouseEnglishasworkinglanguage

-Abletouseatleastoneofthesoftwaretodoelectronicsdesign(Protel,OrCADorCadence)

-KnowledgeofIndustrialproductsdesignandmanufacturing

-WorkwellwithteammembersinsharedresourceMulti-taskingenvironment

-Excellentinterpersonal/facilitationskills;strongverbalandwrittencommunicationsskills

-SixSigmaGreenBeltcertificationispreferred
