Componentengineerisresponsibleforbasicplatformcomponentsandfunctionsystem,includingdeveloping,validation,analysis,releasingandproblemsolving.Internalaswellascustomerspecificneedstobeconductedduringdevelopingorvalidation.Componentengineerneedstowellhandlebetweenapplicationspec,cost,weight,performance,durability,lifetime,manufacturing,assemblyduringdevelopment,andgetalignwithcrossfunctionteamforaboveaspects.Andcomponentengineerneedstomakeevaluation,riskassessment,conclusionwhencomponentsorsystemiswithissuefromtechnicalaspects,andwellcorporatewithcrossfunctionteamtosolvecomponentandfunctionsystemproblems.Componentengineeralsoneedtoleadbasiccomponentslocalizationvalidationandprovidetechnicalconclusion.Componentengineerneedstostrictlyfollowdevelopmentprocess,createnecessarydocumentslikeengineeringspecification,technicaldrawings,intelligencepatent,andwelldocumentthem.

Definevalidationdetails,andwelltrackingprocedureoftesting,leadposttestinganalysis,teardown,toreacharightconclusion.

Reportingtosupervisororotherstakeholderaboutdevelopingandvalidationprogressontime.

Closeworkwithapplicationengineering,tomakesurenewcomponentscouldbesuccessfullaunchedincustomerprojectflawlessly.

CloseworkwithglobalR&D,exchangingChinabasiccomponentsandfunctionsystemdevelopmentstatus.

CloseworkwithcrossfunctionteamincludingSupplierChain,Quality,in-housemanufacturing,toalignnewdesignandspeccouldbefeasibleformanufacturing,withacceptablecost.

Creativesinnewcomponentdesign

Anyothertasksassignedbysupervisor.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

BachelordegreeoraboveinMechanicalEngineeringorsimilar

2yearsworkingexperienceormoreintheautomotiveindustry,turbochargerorAeroplaneEngine(GasTurbine)preferred,supplementexperienceisbeneficial

Deepknowledgeofmechanicalandstructuredesign.

Basicunderstandingofmanufacturingprocessinautomotivesector–Automotivecomponentsorturbochargerisbeneficial.TheoreticalbackgroundofTCispreferred
