研发IT高级业务分析员1.Takesresponsibilityforinvestigativeworktodeterminebusinessassumptions,businessrequirementsandspecifyeffectivebusinessprocesses,throughimprovementsininformationsystems,informationmanagement,practices,procedures,andorganisationchange.

2.Appliesandmonitorstheuseofrequiredmodellingandanalysistools,methodsandstandards,givingspecialconsiderationtobusinessperspectivesthroughinteractionwithbusinessstakeholders.

3.Theprovisionofadvice,assistanceandguidanceincreatingbusinessandITprocesschanges.

4.Conductsinvestigationsatahighlevelforstrategystudies,businessrequirementsspecificationsandfeasibilitystudies.

5.Preparesbusinesscaseswhichdefinepotentialbenefits,optionsforachievingthesebenefitsthroughdevelopmentofneworchangedprocesses,andassociatedbusinessrisks.

6.Identifiesstakeholdersandtheirbusinessneeds.

7.ProduceallnecessaryUserDocumentationandManuals.

8.Investigationofuseandeffectivenessofinformationsystems,workingwithvendorsasrequired.

9.Contributiontomedium-andlong-termITstrategies.

10.Maintainrelationshipsacrossmulti-disciplinaryworkgroupsincludingdifferentbusinessfunctions,ITandvendors.
