供应商质量开发工程师(SQE)高蓓珥派珀管理咨询(上海)有限公司高蓓珥派珀管理咨询(上海)有限公司,Gpqm,高蓓珥派珀管理咨询(上海)有限公司,高蓓珥派珀InaGlobalComprehensiveApproachtoProcurement,theSupplierQuality&DevelopmentEngineerhasformainobjectiveto:

•SupportCommoditySupplierevaluationandmanagementintheRegion(Level1),

•LeadSupplierQualityAssuranceprocessesdeploymentwithregionalsuppliersforproducts/partsdevelopmentbasedontheAPQPprocess–Mainresponsibility(Level2),

•ManageCamsoSupplierQualityAssuranceactivitiesintheregion(Level3);

•Supportdesign&deploymentofCamsoSupplierQualityAssuranceandManagementprocessintheregion.

Responsibilities(ex.salestargets,budgetresponsibility,#accounts,credit/purchasinglimits,scope&impact,autonomy,complexity,impactoftherole,etc.)

•SupportCommoditySupplierevaluationandmanagementintheRegion(Level1);

•SupporttheSelection&QualificationprocesstheQualitysub-process,

•ParticipateinsupplierSelection&Qualificationprocessforsupplierslocatedintheregion,

•SupportsuppliersAuditinaccordancewiththeSupplierSelectionprocesswhenrequired

•ProposeSuppliersfromQualityaspectsfortheregion,

•SupportasupplierDevelopmentprogramwithkeysuppliers,

•LeadSupplierQualityAssuranceprocessesdeploymentwithregionalsuppliersforproducts/partsdevelopmentbasedontheAPQPprocess(Level2);

•DeploytheCSproducts/partsdevelopmentprocessforallprojectsintheregion,

•ActasSPQDtocoordinateproducts/partsdevelopmentprojectsforselectedprojectsintheregion,

•LeadPPAPapprovalasperagreedprocessandpolicyforselectedprojectsintheregion.

•ParticipateinPre-DPAR(selectforproject,feasibilityanalysis)

•LeadqualityactivitieswithinDPAR

•Leadqualitydeliverable&milestone

•Followup&supportonOTSapproval

•LeadProcessaudit(beforePPAP)

•LeadPPAP

•QualityRequirementtransfer(qualitydocuments)

•Forsuppliersintheregion,deploytacticsforproductioninspectionatsource&atCSfactoriesandperformsourceinspectionasperagreedqualityplaninspecificcountries.

•ManageCamsoSupplierQualityAssuranceactivitiesintheregion(Level3);

•Supportsuppliertohandlenon-conformance,findrootcause,makesurecorrectiveactioneffectiveness.Casere-open0%.

•ManagesupplierincidentimpactingOEMs,

•Deploy,monitorandimprovesupplierperformanceKPIs,

•SystematizeSupplierimprovementactionplanwithkeysuppliers,

•ContributetotheQualitymaturitydevelopmentofCamsobyperformingin-housetraining,

•EnsurethatthequalityrisksofanypurchasedproductsdeliveredfromsuppliersintheregionareidentifiedandmanagedbytheCamsoSupplierQualityassuranceprocesses,

•Developandmanagequalityofassignedsuppliersintheregion.

•Supportdesign&deploymentofCamsoSupplierQualityAssuranceandManagementprocessintheregion.
