质量管理体系工程师QMSEngineerautoliv奥托立夫(上海)管理有限公司,autoliv,奥托立夫工作内容和职责RolesandResponsibilities:

一、QMSJob

1)CreateandmaintainChinaQualityManagementSystem,coordinateandsupporttheimplementationofaneffectiveQualityManagementSystem.

2)BededicatedtoprovidingaccurateresearchandobjectiveassessmentsoftheorganizationandguidingoptimalsolutionsthroughcontinualimprovementactivitieswithinAutolivChina.

3)Maintain&UpdateChinaqualitymanualaccordingtorealsituation.CoordinatebetweenplantandACH&CTCtodoimprovementifneed.

4)Interface&harmonizationofManufacturing&othersupportfunction/businessprocesses/procedures.

5)OrganizeChinaQMSteamtocreateyearlyQMSinternalauditplanandperformACH&CTCinternalaudit,includingLOPsfollowup&verificationofcorrective&improvementactions.

6)Participateincrossauditactivitytograspmoresysteminformationand/orsupportrelatedinternalaudit,sothatguideoptimalsolutioninChinalevel.

7)RegularlyorganizeChinaQMSmeeting/workshoptodiscussrelatedtopics,requiredtasksfollowup,newstandardsdiscussionetc.

8)Contactwithglobalrelatedadministratortoimprove,likeRIMchampion.

9)MonthlyQualityReporting&Review.

10)LearnandapplyITbasictooltocreatesimplyworkflowormakethejobefficiency.

11)Othertasksassignedbythemanager.

二、CQAssistantJob

1)CQSexpenseclaimpaperhandling,likecollection,reviewandsubmission;

2)MROprocesscoordinatortoassistCQMtoimplementMROe-workflow,includingMROprocesslearning,PR/POinitiation,paymentinitiationetc.

3)TakeCQITtooladministratorroleandmaintainrelatedinformation.AlsocoordinatewithITtodevelopnewapplication.

4)AssistCQMtomaintainrelateddatabaseandmakerelatedreportasrequired.

5)SharepointITtoollearnandapplication,assistanttodomaintenanceandupdate.

岗位需求JobRequirements:

1)UniversitylevelengineeringdegreeinMechanicalEngineeringorAutomotiveEngineeringorsimilarcompetenceotherwiseacquired.

1)机械工程或汽车工程大学工程学位或类似的能力了。

2)AtleastthreeyearsrelevantworkingexperiencewithtwoyearsqualitysystemexperiencesinAutomotiveindustry

2)至少3年相关工作经验两年汽车行业质量体系经验;

3)SoundTechnical&automotiveapplicationknowledge.

3)良好的技术和汽车应用知识;

4)FamiliarwithIATF16949:XXXX年&PPAP,APQP,MSA,SPC,FMEAmanuals;

4)熟悉IATF16949:XXXX年,以及PPAP,APQP,MSA,SPC,FMEA手册;

5)Processauditandproductauditskill;

5)过程审核和产品审核技能;

6)In-depthunderstandingofthequalitymanagementtools,suchasDOE,8Dmethodetc.

6)深入了解质量管理工具,如DOE,8D方法等。

7)GoodcommandofEnglishinbothwrittenandspoken

7)良好的英语书写和会话能力
