•TechnicaldesignfortheHVAC&Coolingsystemassociatedhardwarecomponentsforallvehiclesdevelopmentprojects.(HVAC,ACpipe,compressor,condenser,radiator,LTR,CAC,Coolingfan,controlpanel)

oDesign,Packaging,VolumeandCheckofHVAC&Coolingpartsindevelopmentphase

oManage3DofHVAC&Coolingsystempartsforeachvariantofvehicleplatform

oChargingforBOM,PLMandTC,includingdatamanagement,updateandpublish

•CoordinatingHVAC&Coolingsystemintegrationprojects:

oSuppliercoordinationonHVAC&CoolingsystempartsandSupportprojectengineertodelivergood

performance,qualityandtimingofHVAC&Coolingsystem

oSupportCAESimulationactivities(inhouseoratthesupplier)relatedtoHVAC&Coolingsystem

partsfordesignrelease

•SolvinginterfaceandpackageissuewithVehicleconceptteam

•SolvingassemblyissuewithMEteam

•SupportingforOTSvalidation

•SupportingforVFcarbuilding

Requirement:

•EngineeringDegreeinThermalEnergyorMechanicalEngineering

•ExperienceinCADtools(CATIA)

•ExperienceinPLMorTeamcenterDatareleasesystem

•KnowledgeofHVAC,compressor,condenserandACpipeasprefer

•KnowledgeofRadiator,LTR,CAC,Expansiontank,CoolingfanandCoolinghoseasprefer

•Experienceingasolineenginetechnologyfortheautomotiveindustry

•GoodwrittenandspokenEnglish

•Goodcommunicationskills
