质量IT业务经理岗位主要职责KeyResponsibilities:

1.深入理解公司以及对口业务部门的长期战略,结合实际情况制定IT对应的系统发展路线图,和业务达成一致。合理进行预算的计划和追踪管理。

2.与业务部门协作,梳理业务流程,全方面评估业务需求的合理性和优先级别;组织协调与IT其他团队紧密合作,全方面评估业务需求实现的可能性和IT解决方案比较;与采购和财务部门进行高效协作,全面负责业务需求向实施项目启动的转换。

3.管理从项目交付到进入与日常运维过程中的所有相关工作,制定项目实施计划并确保有效执行,与项目各干系方有效协作,及时处理及汇报项目进展与问题。按照公司的IT项目管理方法论进行项目交付。

4.多项目并发管理,确保在项目资源范围内进行高质量的按时交付,把控供应商的交付质量。

5.作为IT服务经理,协调管理内外部运维团队,提供给用户满足服务等级指标的系统运维服务,并持续进行优化改进
