ResponsibleforprovidingengineeringsupportforallaspectsofPrintedCircuitBoardAssembliesprocesses

AuthorityStatement:

Hastheauthoritytomakedecisionsandtakeactioninthedevelopment,analysis,andsustainingofnewproductsandprocesses.

PrimaryFunctions/MajorResponsibilities:

1.Ensuresmanufacturabilityofnewproducts,understandingcustomerrequirement,preparetooling\productassemblybuildinstruction.

2.Improveproductyieldthroughupdatesprocessestomeetcompany’sgoals.

3.Continuouslyimproveproductivityandqualitybyoptimizingprocessesandtooling\fixture.

4.Qualifiesandimplementsnewmanufacturingtechnologies.

5.WorkwithQualityteamtoprovidecontinuousimprovementsolutionforproductrejectedbycustomer.

6.AssistsQualityteamindevelopingworkmanshipcriteria.

7.Assistsintrainingproductionpersonnelonnewprocesses.

Educationand/orExperience:

1.Bachelorsdegreeinanyengineeringdisciplineorequivalent.

2.5yearsPCBAworkexperiments,alsoFamiliarwithcoatingandpottingprocessinEMScompany.
