PromoteAsurionuniquevaluestoclient,isresponsibletomakeproductofferingtotargetedclients,andproductoperationsandworkcloselywithotherfunctionalteamstoensuresuccessfullaunchofprojects.ProductsofferedbyAsurionincludehandsetprotection,mobiledataservice,extendedwarrantyservice,etc.

通过深度挖掘和分析客户的需求,帮助客户认可Asurion产品和服务带给其的战略及商业价值,并落实产品和服务的解决方案和规划设计,与其他职能部门一起确保产品的成功上线和顺畅运营。亚胜公司与运营商深度合作,为手机用户提供手机保障服务。

Keyresponsibilities:

Solutions&ProductManagement:

•ProductsofferedbyAsurionincludehandsetprotection,mobiledataservice,extendedwarrantyservice,etc.

•Productofferingandvalueproposition–abilitytoclearlyidentifyandpresentAsurion’svaluepitchtoclients,Makeproductofferingandworkoutproductdetails.

•DriveClientbuy-in–toeffectivelyaddressclientconcernsandsellinAsurionservice

•DevelopPitchDecksfornewbusinessopportunitiesandpresentproposalstoclientswithAccountteams

•LeadthedevelopmentofProductRequirementsDocumentsincoordinationwithmultipleworkstreamsandensuredocumentationprovidesotherswithfullvisionandscopeofintendedproduct

•Synthesizeconsumer/markettrendsresearch,businessdriverperformancetoidentifynewcustomeracquisition/retentionopportunitiesandproductfeatureenhancements

ProjectManagement:

•Workwithotherfunctions–coordinatewithmanagement,accountteam,callcenter,supplychain,andotherproduct&programofferingrelatedteamtodevelopensureproductlaunchtotargetedclients.

•Playakeyroleinensuringafter-launchperformanceimprovement.

Qualifications:

•6+yearofexperienceinpresales,technicalsalesrolesinrelevantindustry

•Abilitytodirect/collaborate/managesupporttoclients,includingmobilecarrierandretailerandothercustomers,asavendor,albeitonewithacomplicatedcircumstance.

•Abilitytogetthingsdoneinacomplicatedandoftentimesambiguousenvironment.

•Abilitytointegratediverseinformationtosolveproblemsorbuildbusinessplans

•Passionate,teamplayer

•Goodcapabilityinbothwritten&oralEnglish
