NPIOpsmanageristheOperationrepresentativewithintheCoreTeamfromtheDesignphaseoftheprojectuntilthestabilizationofMassProduction.

•YouinteractasnewproductIntroduction(NPI)managerwithallnecessaryteamsofmanufacturingpartnerstoeffectivelyandefficientlypushforthemanufacturingreadinessandexecutionofallbuildatfactory(FactoryGoRound,Pilot)uptoMassProduction.

•YouplanthescheduleandmilestoneswithCoreTeamandtheconcernedindustrializationpartnerinalignmentwiththeoverallProgramplanandputtherightlevelofmeasures/actions/resourcesdependingoncomplexity/criticityoftheProgram.

•YousizeneededproductioncapacityatmechanicalvendorsandatfactoryandmakesurethatthesetupwillbedoneontimevsProgramrequirement.

•YoumakesurethatDFxfindingsareimplementedattherighttimetosecureefficientmanufacturingandquality.

•Youplanandverifyadequatematerial/componentmanagementateverystageofNPIprocess(FGR,pilot,MassProductionramp-up).

•Youensurethekeyprojectmilestonesaremetandemergingissuesareaddressedinatimelyandcost-effectivemannerbyinfluencingallneededinternalorexternalstakeholdersprovidingunderstandable,accurateandreliableinformationwithoptionsfordecision.

•YouownandsupporttheNPIprocessbystrivingforcontinuousimprovementkeepinginmindcostandyieldoptimizations,identifyinganddrivingcostcontainment/reductionopportunitiesanddrivingtheuseofqualityinsurancetoolsandteststoensurecontinuousqualityimprovement.

•YouarerecognizedbyinternalandexternalcustomersandSuppliersasatrustableOperationexpertthroughyouractivitiesandultimatelydevelopavaluableinformalnetworkwithallparties.

•Youprovideinputsonperformancethatwillinfluencedecisionstoselectmanufacturingpartnersduringnewprograminitiationphases.

•YouidentifytrainingneedsanddeveloptrainingplanonNPIprocesstocoreteammembersandmanufacturingpartner(s)toensuretobuildupandstrengthenNPIcapabilitywithintheCompanyandwiththevendors.

•YoucollectalldocumentationontheprogramtosecureefficienthandoverwithSiteManagerwhenMassProductionismatureandstablewithoptimizedyield.

Candidate’sProfile:

Education:Bachelor'sDegreeinengineering.

Experience:+10years’experience

Language:Englishismandatory-Fluentinotherlanguagesaplus.

Recommendedtechnicalknowledge:

•Youareanindustrialengineerwithseveralyearsofexperienceideallyinaplantand/orwithindustrialAsianpartnersandhaveadepthtechnicalknowledgeinmanufacturingandfactoryorganization.

•YouhaveagoodknowledgeonHW,SW,Mechanics,SupplyChainprocesses,Logistics,Quality,Environmental.

•Youhaveagoodknowledgeonsystems(Agile,MRP,collaborationtools…).

•Youreactwithagilitytounplannedevents-trigger/trackactionplans.

•Youidentifyandtrackissuestoclosure.

•YouchallengeR&Dandfactoryforoptimizationofprocess.

•Youadaptyourpracticestoregionalspecificitiesforbettercooperation/coordinationwithothers

•Youcoordinateteamworkandyouareabletobringacross-functionalteamtogethertowardsacommongoal.
