CAD结构设计工程师岗位职责:

Responsibilities:

-P1productcomponenttechnicaldefinitionrespectingquality,costandlead-timetargets

-Definestudiesorpre-studiesinCAD,

?Designhisownpart/componentrelativetospecificationsorCADelementsgivenbyPTMR&D/DesignLeaders,andresponsibleofitsdefinition(designrules,manufacturability,mechanical/thermalconstraints,style,…)

-ResponsibleofthegoodapplicationofBranchstandards&regulationsrules,CADmethodologyrules,DesignGuidelines,CADqualityrules,Checklistsanddesignqualitycontrol.

-Responsibleoflead-time/costsofhistasks(Efficiencyandtimingfollow-up)byrespectingprojectsmilestones/deadline,andCADengineers/operatorsfollow-upifanyunderhislead.

-Validate&follow-upofallCADdataconcerninghis(orher)componentinsideVLSBranchPDM/PLMsystems.

-DesignMechanicalValidationbysimpleFEAtoolsintegratedinCADsoftware.

-Designcompetencesimprovement

-ParticipatetoDesignEfficiency&qualityImprovementinWorkingGroup.MayleadtheworkingGroup.

-ProficientinCADsoftware,responsibletomonitor/improveCADperformance/productknowledgelevelofCADengineers/operatorsunderhisleadforhiscomponenttechnicaldefinition.

-EnsuregoodapplicationofN+1requirement.

Requirements:

-KnowledgeofCADsoftwareorProductDesign.

-ExperienceinLightingdesign&knowledgeofMould

-Atleast3yearsworkingexperienceinlightingdesign,headlampdesignexperienceprefer.
