•AsaSalesEngineer,dailycustomervisitsarethebasisofthejob.Understandingthecustomers,theirneedsandtheindustryneedtoleadintocomponentsalesanddetectionandsellingofprojects.

•Beresponsibleforachievingturnover,profitandgrowthtargetsdefinedbySalesManagerinanassignedgeographicalarea.

•Tocarryouttheaccountplanandstrategyinanassignedgeographicalarea

•Developnewcustomers,maintainthecurrentcustomersandestablishexcellentcustomerrelationships

•Analysethestructureofthecustomersandgeneratenewsalesprospects

•Presentandsellcompanyproductsandservices

•Selecttherelatedevents,coordinateandsupportlocalmarketingactivities

Communicationwithinternaland/orexternalCustomers,SuppliersaswellasThirdParties

(indicatenatureandcontextofclientrelationshipandservicedelivery,requiredcommunicationskills,frequencyofcommunication(i.e.infrequent=fewtimesayear,occasional=fewtimesamonth,frequent=regularbutnotdaily,continuous=daily)

•TeamSellingwithApplicationEngineer/Technicalspecialists/Networksandrelatedcustomers

•Organizeandsupportjointedteamtocustomervisitortechnicalpromotion

•ClosecooperationwithotherFestocompaniesanddifferentfunctionalareasfromheadquarters(completesupplychain)(frequent)

•TechnicalBachelordegree(Automation,ProcessEngineeringorMechatronicspreferred)
