职责描述:

TheTravelAccountSupervisorisresponsibleforexecutingvariousaspectsofChinaTravel’sdistributionstrategiesinChina,throughthetravelrelatedchannel.ThisrolerequiresextensivetravelwithalocalprovinceinChina.

Responsibilitiesinclude:

?IntermediatedSalesManagement

oDirectlyresponsiblefortheTravelAccountsportfolio’stoplineperformancewithfocusonmeeting–andexceeding–revenuebudgettargets

oAnalysesalesresultstodeterminebestcourseofactiontomeetsalestargets

oReachsalesgoalswithinagreedunderwriting,riskprofile,andexpenseguidelines

?AccountManagement

oPersonallybuild,manage,andmaintainrelationshipswithTravelAccountsatvariouslevelsofmanagement(includingsupportofmulti-nationalaccountsfromothercountriesandregions)throughbest-in-classservicequality

oDesign,plan&executeactivities–includingbutnotlimitedtoproduct,distribution,marketing,training,andcustomercampaignactivities-withinAIGTravel’sinsuranceyieldmanagementframeworktoreachbudgetedproduction

oManageaccountspro-activelyincludingformalscheduledreviews/meetings,activitydashboards/pipelines,bestpracticesharing,andsalesreporting

oCollaboratewithrespectivein-countryandregionalfunctionalstakeholderssuchasfinance,callcenter,claims,andregionalprogrammanagementtoensuresmoothend-to-endoperationofprograms

?BusinessDevelopment

Leadandsupportprospectmanagement,tenderresponses,clientpresentations,negotiations,andbusinessclosing;

?StrategicDirectionSetting

oSupporttheTravelManagerinbuildingstrategicplans

oEnsureintimateknowledgeofassignedaccountnews,customers,andmarkettrends;andidentifypotentialopportunitiesandchallenges

?Communication&Marketing

oParticipateintheplanningandattendanceofin-countryindustryevents;

oDevelopinternalandexternalcommunicationsincludingofflineandonlinemarketingmaterialsworkingwithrespectivestakeholderswherenecessary.

oDocumentbestpracticesforvariousaspectsoftheTravelAccountbusinessaredocumentedandshared.
