报销售岗位职责

FieldSales-上海•全面领会和掌握产品的技术特殊性,应用及维护方法;
Comprehensivelyunderstandthepeculiarityofthetechnology,applicationand
maintenanceofproducts;
•业务寻找、发现和甑别新的分销商资格,并报销售经理批准;
QualifynewdistributorsforbusinessandreporttoRegional
SalesManagerforapproval;
•支持分销商发展新的最终用户;
Supportthedistributorstodevelopnewendusers;
•支持分销商的活动使其达到每年的销售目标;
Supportthedistributors’activitiestoachievetheirminimumsalestarget
eachyear;
•经常访问最终用户,就公司和其分销商监测其满意度;
Frequentlyvisitenduserstomonitoringthesatisfactionofenduserson
companyanddistributors;
•配合公司内的市场部和售后服务部,以制订年度分销商培训计划,并报销
售经理批准;
CooperatewiththeAfterSalesServicegroupinsidethecompanyto
produceyearlytrainingplanondistributors,reporttoRegionalSales
Managerforapproval;
•配合公司内的市场部和售后服务部,实施已批准的年度分销商培训计划;
CooperatewiththeAfterSalesServiceinsidethecompanytoimplement
thetrainingplanapproved;
•提出每周工作报告以进行讨论,并报销售经理批准;
ProduceweeklyworkreportfordiscussionandforRegionalSales
Managerapproval;
•每月提供销售报告以进行讨论,并报销售经理批准;
ProducemonthlyexpenditurereportfordiscussionandforRegionalSales
Managerapproval;
•监测在市场上竞争者产品的价格水平、注册情况和最终用户的开发情况,
每月提供报告以进行讨论,并报销售总监批准;
Monitoringthepricelevel,registrationstatusandendusersdevelopment
situationsofthecompetingproductsinthemarket,producemonthly
reportfordiscussionandRegionalSalesManagerapproval;
•由公司所派的其他任务。
