Thispositionisresponsibleforprovidingserviceoneffectivegovernanceofdata,partneringwithclienttoimplementintelligent,risk-basedpracticesthatprotecttheConfidentiality,IntegrityandAvailabilityoftheclients'data.Supportingeffortstoensureconsistentlybroadunderstandingandadoptionofprivacyrequirementsandconsiderations.

Responsibilities:

1.Expertinoneofthedataprotectionareasandlendexpertiseintheformofworkshops(forpre-salessupport),andownthesuccessfuldeliveryofclientengagementwithinGCNgeography;

2.KeepabreastonevolvingsecuritystandardsandregulationsacrossTÜVSÜDCoreBusinessindustries(eg.Automotive,Manufacturing,Railways,Medical&Healthcare);

3.Performassessingbyusingacombinationofcommercial,opensourcetoolsorindustrypartnersfor–products(IoT/SmartDevices),hardwaredevices(e.g.TCU),wirelessdevices;

4.Createrequiredsecuritydocumentation,technicalreportsonassessingfindings,andcompleterequestsinaccordancewithrequirements;

5.Independentlyhandleandexecuteclientengagementstothedefinedrequirementsintherequiredtimeframewiththehighestqualityandintegrityofwork.

Requirements:

1.BachelorDegreeinDataProtectionrelatedarea

2.Recent3-5yearsofexperienceinDataProtectionConsulting&Assessinginatoptierprofessionalfirm

3.Breadthofknowledgearound(anddepthinpreferablyoneormoreareas):

•DataProtection&Privacy(StrongexposuretoGDPR/CSL.ExperiencearoundPrivacyEngineeringwouldbeanaddedadvantage)

•GovernanceRisk&Compliance

4.SecurityCertificationslikeCISM,CISSP,CISApreferred

5.ExcellentcommunicationskillsinbothChineseandEnglish;

6.Strongself-studyability;teamworkattitude;

7.HealthyandfitforfrequentbusinesstravelsinChina.
