ManagealltherelatedsalesactivityrelatedOEMsandTier-NmainlyforES(EngineeringServices)andPS(productionsolutions)

ProactivemarketingofProductionSolutionsservicestocustomers,customerrelationshipmanagementandtrackingofcustomercontactpersons

Identifymarketpotential,receivecustomerrequestandbeinchargeofthewholesalesprocess,supporttechnicaloffermanagerfromRfQ,internalofferkick-off,quotation,biddingandnegotiationaswellasPOreceivingandprocessing.CoordinatingquotationcalculationwithTeamLeaderincharge.

ElaboratetogetherwiththeHeadofPS,TechnicalTeamLeasertheannualsalestargets,potentialsanddevelopmentstrategyfornewservicesandnewcustomers.

Elaborateandevaluatecustomerneedsviaregularcustomervisits,followupontopicsanddevelopments.Createopportunitiesatcustomeranddevelopthebusinesssustainable

InchargeofcontinuallyreceivingcustomerrequestsandPOs

BuildupsalesnetworkaccordingtocustomerneedsandlocationincoordinationwiththeManagementBoard.

ContinuouslycheckingandevaluatingrunningprojectsaccordingtoPSPMStandard(commercially).Prepareprojectreviewreports,analyzedataandmeasures.

Managedailysalestasks,trainingandtracksalesactivity.

Collectandanalysetherelatedmarketinginformationincludingcompetitor’sinformation

Chineselanguage,goodEnglishskills(Germanisaplus)–experienceworkingwithinternationalcustomersandinainternationalcompany

Supportindevelopyearlysalesplansandsalesforecast,opportunityidentificationandanalysisconsistentwithAOP(annualoperatingplan)andOEM’sstrategicbusinessplan

Identifymarketpotential,receivecustomerrequestandbeinchargeofthewholesalesprocess,supporttechnicaloffermanagerfromRfQ,internalofferkick-off,quotation,biddingandnegotiationaswellasPOreceivingandprocessing.CoordinatingquotationcalculationwithTeamLeaderincharge.

ElaboratetogetherwiththeHeadofPS,TechnicalTeamLeasertheannualsalestargets,potentialsanddevelopmentstrategyfornewservicesandnewcustomers.

Elaborateandevaluatecustomerneedsviaregularcustomervisits,followupontopicsanddevelopments.Createopportunitiesatcustomeranddevelopthebusinesssustainable
