ICLayoutDesignEngineer半导体集成电路版图设计工程师DescriptionAsanICLayoutDesignEngineeratMicron'sShanghaiDesignCenter,youwillworkinahighlyinnovativeandmotivateddesignteamusingstateoftheartmemorytechnologiestoadvanceDRAMMemorydesign.Aspartofamulti-disciplinaryteam,youwillcontributetophysicallayoutfloorplanofvariousmemorychipcircuitblocks,andperformblocklevellayout,LVS/DRCverificationandusingotherCADtoolstochecklayout.OfcourseyouwillalsoworkcloselywithMicron'svariousdesignteamsinUSandothercountriesandleveragevastresourcesavailablethroughoutMicron’sglobalsites.Additionally,youwillperformverification(LVS/DRCetc)oflayouttothefull-chiplevel,andassistinprojecttapeout.Requirement-Collegedegree(orabove)inElectricalEngineeringorotherrelatedengineeringfield.-3to5yearsofICcustomlayoutworkingexperience(moreexperiencedengineershighlywelcome).-ProficiencywithCadenceOAandCalibreverificationtoolsdesirable.-UnderstandingofbasicCMOScircuitsisaplus.-UnderstandingofDRAM/Flasharchitectureorpreviousmemorylayoutexperienceisaplus.-Englishlanguageskillinwritingandspeakingisaplus.-Nofreshgraduateswillbeconsidered.EducationCollegedegree(orabove)inElectricalEngineeringorotherrelatedengineeringfield.
