Toparticipateandleadinprojectortenancynegotiations;

Tobuildupandmaintaingoodrelationshipwithrelevantgovernmentauthorities,3rdpartyagencies,partners,clients,suppliers,andotherimportantchannels;

Tomotivate,manageandmonitorperformanceofallstaffunderhischargetoachievetargetsset;

Tocarryoutrentalreview,monitorcashflow,resourceallocationsandcostcontrolinlinewithbusinessstrategyandgoals;

Toreview,monitorandensurethatproperworkprocesses,proceduresarecarriedoutinaccordancewithinternalpoliciesandSOPrequirementandrecommendsuggestionsforimprovement;

Tomanageandmaintainmarketing,leaseandcustomerservicestandardsofthestaffunderhischarge;

Toestablishshortandlong-termbusinessobjectivestomeetexpectationsofthecompanyandFunds;

Toexploreopportunitiestogrowfeebasedincome;
