1.Manageshorttermandlongtermproductionequipmentcapacityplanningandmanningmodeltoensuresuccessfulvolumerampbasedoncustomerdemand.

2.Closelytrackalldirectandindirectmanufacturingcosts,andhelpthemanagementtoachievequarterlyandyearlycostreductiontargets.

3.WorkwithProductionControlandMaterialPlanningteamstoensure100%OTDandtooptimizedirectmaterialaswellasproductionWIPinventory.

4.ConductproductionlineaudittoensureallmanufacturingWIPandmaterialconsumptionnumbersareaccurate.

5.HelptodriveLEANManufacturinginitiativesforproductivityimprovementandcostreduction.

任职要求:

1.Minimum10yearsofdirectexperienceinmanufacturingoperations,supplychainmanagement,andcostaccountinginsemiconductororelectronicsmanufacturingindustry.

2.Thecandidatemustbeverydedicatedtohis/herjobresponsibilitiesandpossesshighlevelofownershipandaccountability.

3.Provenexperienceinproductionplanningandsupplychainmanagement.

4.HaveclearunderstandingofmanufacturingcostandfactorylevelP&Lmodel.

5.Agoodteamplayerwhocancollaborateandinfluenceotherdepartmentleaderstoachievethecommongoals.

6.AgoodcommunicatorwhocanspeakEnglish,andworkwithinternationalcustomersdirectly.

7.SAPexperiencewillbeaplus.
