研发质量经理岗位职责

研发质量经理Responsibilities:

•Select,manageanddeveloptheQualityteamdeployingtheCompaniesgoalsintotheQualityorganization.

•ConductperiodicperformancereviewsoftheQualityTeammembers,ensuringappropriate,frankandobjectivefeedbacktoeachQualityteammember.

•ProvidesexpertiseintheareasofQualityAssurance,RegulatoryCompliance,DesignControls,RiskManagement,andStatisticalTechniques.

•EnsurecompliancetoregulationsandcorporatepoliciesandproceduresduringtheNPD/NPIprocesses.

•Deploytheorganization’sQualityStrategiesandobjectiveswithintheorganization.

•Manages(directlyorthroughsubordinates)QualityEngineeringsupportactivitiesformultipleNewProductDevelopmentprograms.Ensuresappropriatequalityrepresentationonproductdevelopmentteams.HelptodevelopthetoolsandtechniquesofqualityassuranceforEngineering,Actsasadvisorandmentorto1sttiersupplier.

•SupportsQualityEngineeringactivitiestoimprovecustomersatisfactionandsuccessfulachievementofcompanyqualityobjectives.

•Managesthetimelinessandrobustnessofthe“QualityWorkPackages”duringtheNPD/NPIactivities.

•MonitorsandcontrolthetimelinessandrobustnessofthemainNPD/NPIworkpackagesassignedtootherdepartments.

•ProvideregularNPD/NPIreportingtoQualityDirector.

•AssistinthegenerationofnewprocessesandproceduresforNPD&NPIfunctions(inconjunctionwithQualitySystemmanagerandSeniorQualityDirector).

Requirements/Experience:

•15years+workingexperienceinamanufacturingenvironment.

•ExtensiveTopManagementexperienceinQuality,Manufacturing,DevelopmentandNewProductIntroduction.

•HaslithiumionBatterypackdesignorqualitymanagementexperienceispreferred.

•CertifiedISO9001LeadAuditor.

•ASQandorTS16949internalauditorcertificationispreferred

•Demonstratedhighlevelofengagementandself-motivation

•Strongsenseofresponsibilityandhighleveldeliverability

•Strongcommunicationsandinterpersonalskills:presentsideasinastylethatisclear,fluentandto-the-point

Responsibilities:
