JobDescription:

1.Leadcross-functionalteamstodelivernewproductlaunchedontimeandbudget.Ensurethattheseteamsachieveallcustomerandcompanyrequirementsincludingquality,cost,delivery,productperformanceandcustomersatisfaction.

2.Organizeallnewproductlaunchrelatedactivities.

3.Ensuretheadvancedproductqualityplanning(APQP)processisestablished,documented,implementedandfollowedaccordingtoQS9000/TS16949procedures.

4.Serveastheexpertinnewproductlaunchsystemsincludingtiming,documentationandinteraction.

5.Ensuretheteamdevelops/finalizesspecialcharacteristics,designreviewsFMEA,establishactionstoreducepotentialfailuremodes,developand/orreviewscontrolplansandcommunicatevariancetoplanearlysoissuescanbeaddressed.

6.Maintaingoodcommunicationamongprojectteammembers,departments,andcustomers.

7.Maintainprogramcostreportingagainstbudget.
