海外总经理CEO•策略
1)制定并执行目标市场的战略
2)根据品牌管理和零售展示计划,为特定的门店概念提供整体战略方向,包括视觉展示、商品陈列、季节性和品牌活动、产品分类等。
3)根据市场需求定义产品,协调所有物流活动
4)成功建立和开发已定义的渠道、类别和产品
5)建立品牌的愿景——品牌数量、位置和门店规模。确保与关键利益相关者保持一致。
•损益表
1)管理成本和A&P预算
2)完成公司既定目标(主要净销售额和营业利润)
3)持续优化运营利润,包括提高合资伙伴业绩的效率
•业务发展
1)发现、优先考虑并挖掘该地区国家的商业潜力
2)与合资伙伴、分销商、客户和战略伙伴建立有效的合作关系
•管理功能
1)支持和管理团队
2)不断发展团队成员以增强市场和销售能力
