BetheownerofSocialInsurances,PublicHousingFundandoverallSocialBenefitrelatedissuehandlingbycountrylevel(Essential)
SocialBenefitpaymentdatareconciliationoverallcontrolandcrossfunctioncoordination(Essential)
Diverseinterfacescommunication,suchasHRFSS,HRBP,HRadvisorandGET/LET(Global/LocalExpertTeam),Finance,Controlling,BA,etc(Essential)
BethedriverofSocialBenefitrelatedprocessoptimizationanddevelopment(Optional)
OtherDutiesasrequired
MainTasks:
Highqualityfulfillmentanddeliveryinmonthlypayrollcheckfollowingbypayrollscheduleandassignedresponsibilities
Annualaveragesalarycalculationandsocialsecuritycontributionbasedeclaration
ManagevendorservicequalitymainlyincludingvendorKPI,vendorperformancesurvey,vendoron-siteservices,etc.
IndependentlysupportordriveHRprojectsfromSocialBenefitperspective
Internal/externalauditsupporttoSocialBenefitrelated
DailySocialBenefitconsultationforemployeeandnecessarysupporttoHRcommunities,includingbutnotlimitedknowledgepoolsetupandknowhowsharing
ImplementationPolicyandRegulation
KeepPolicyandRegulationinthemostupdatedandimplementedbycloselyworkwithGET/LET(Global/LocalExpertTeam)
